GENESIGHT GENETIC TESTING
Genesight is a company that provides genetic testing for medications. This has been a breakthrough for providers and patients. This testing allows providers and patients to partner together to establish a safer treatment plan with less trial, error and frustration. Genesight is in network with most major insurance carriers and will work out payment if needed in affordable, patient friendly terms. There is no charge from our office to complete this testing. Results are normally received within 7-10 business days and can be reviewed in depth at a medication management appointment.
mental health EVALUATIONS
Psychiatric evaluations are the initial visit. At this visit, alot of questions are asked and assessment tools are reviewed to allow for a working diagnosis and provides professional feedback to patients. It is the start of the map to your process and progress.
The initial mental health evaluation appointment is typically 45 minutes to an hour. During this visit, your medical and mental health history will be reviewed, assessment tools will be used and we will discuss how those symptoms and diagnoses can be managed in the future.
Our initial mental health evaluation fee is $250.00
medication management
Medication management is the use of mental health medications to assist in your process and progress.
Our medication management follow up appointment fee is $150.00
We generally include medication management within a follow up appointment and will set goals as a team to help improve your mental health.
Medications can be used to reduce the symptoms of many mental health conditions, which cause interruption and disruprtion to your quality of life, including:

disability evaluations
Once you have established care and decide to seek disability for your mental health condition, we can assess the need for disability. Our office prefers to complete disability evaluations for current clients once care has been established. Our partnership in care, can assist in providing a strong foundation for disability when it relates to mental health.
INSURANCE FILING
One of the biggest barriers providers and patients experience in health care is insurance.
Deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, max out of pocket…it gets overwhelming.
Our office does not file insurance, however to help patients with reimbursement from their insurance carrier, we can complete a healthcare reimbursement form at each visit.
